Car infotainment system UI design

During my time at Harman International I worked closely with the Toyota Motor Europe team to design the UI for a new infotainment system, available since 2022 in Toyota Yaris Cross model. The system featured a 9 inches capacitive touch screen, wireless Android and iOS connectivity and a DAB player.

Some of my responsibilities included:
• Define the UX requirements for system’s logic and behaviour.
• Build UI components, prepare assets and specs for implementation.
• Work closely with C++ developers, designers and project managers to collect feedback, validate design concepts and to ensure that design specifications are implemented correctly.
